Ideas for Eye Care

Posted by John Tate on

Before, including food, everything was medicine. Currently, in the name of modernization even our food is toxic Genetically modified foods are easily available and are approved in the market Fast food chains have made food unhealthy and yet, they're rampant and jampacked. Every other product we use is chemical-laden, including cosmetics The aging process has accelerated as a result and now, most are left looking more aged than they actually are

One more thing that's common is our life is stress. Do you know stress will affect all walks of an individual's life? Don't you know it also speeds up skin ageing? Have you thought the puffy eyes or tired and dull face are likely due to stress? Using smartphones and computers are quite common, but our life revolves around them these days. Subsequently, our eyes undergo a lot of stress and strain. With time, dark circles under eyes, puffy or tired eyes and wrinkles are inevitable.

If you are using computer a lot, odds of eyestrain is high. Every half an hour, take a break from your desk. There are many eye exercises that you can try for improving your eyes and help them de-stress. Whenever you take break from your system, vigorously rub your palms together. Now, just place your hands on your eyes till the warmth diminishes. This can be done a couple of times everyday. This helps relax your eyes

Do you know washing your face 2 - 3 times daily will keep it clean and fresh? Face you may wash, what about your eyes? Just get a bowl of water and dip your eyes into it. Blink a couple of times, rotate your eyes under water and wash off. Try this a couple of times a day, to cool off your eyes.

Use an eye care product to eliminate ageing signs. An eye contour cream is a good idea. It helps smooth out wrinkles, reduces fines lines, combats puffy eyes and under eye circles. I don't use it as a magic pill, but regularly to overcome ageing signs. It is a great idea to begin anti-ageing measures around your thirties, to defer ageing skin signs.

Anything you do, choose natural products wherever possible. Make sure you look into the labels and know the ingredients are mild and don't hurt your eyes. Eyes are delicate and the skin around them is delicate. So, opt for an eco-friendly and organic brand for best results. It is a smart idea to check online reviews to judge if a product will fit you.
