365 Day Return Policy

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your order to us for a full refund (Returns must be unused, in the state you received them, and in the original packaging). The process is simple.  To get started Click Here or you can navigate there by clicking My Account on the top menu bar then under Manage Your Account select Completed Orders, from there you can select the item(s) you wish to return.

Defective or Damaged During Shipping

We will replace any items if they are defective or damaged. In the case of items damaged during shipment, please immediately contact our customer care department. we will work with you to replace your item as fast as we can. if we are able to locate a replacement, we will send it to you at no charge to you, and will ask you to return the damaged/defective item to us using our free return service.

Received Wrong Product

We apologize for any error made in the processing of your order and for any inconvenience it may have caused. Please contact us and we will make it easy to correct your order or process your return.

Once your return is received, we will send you an email to let you that we have received your return.

After damage inspection is complete, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 48 hours. Depending on what form of payment you used, your refund may not show up on your statment for up to 10 days depending on the financail institution.


If you haven’t received a refund yet, please be aware that it can take 6-10 business days after we have issued the refund for it to show up on your statement.

There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. Returns are usually processed within 48 hours.

Return Shipping

To return your product please complete a return request. You can mail your return, along with your order number, name, and email to:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
